I am not a patient at this surgery but was referred by my GP to have a Pyogenic Granuloma removed. Dr Richard Knottenbelt and his team were absolutely brilliant, they made me feel relaxed from the second I walked in the room. They was very clear in explaining the process and made sure I was OK throughout. If I ever need to return to this surgery again I would be more than happy to be seen by Dr Knottenbelt again. :) if we could pick which surgery and Dr we wanted I would highly recommend Dr Knottenbelt every time.

Dr Knottenbelt introduced himself and nurse Jess. He fully explained my procedure and gave me options regarding it. He and Jess both put me at ease during the procedure by talking to me and distracting me which helped with my nerves. He took the time to explain my aftercare too.

Dr Knottenbolt made me feel totaly at ease, and expained the procedure in easy to understand terms. The procedure was undertaken with the greatest of professionalism, care and attention to my welbeing throughout. In addition to the above I was particularly impressed with the controls and procedures in place to ensure that the surgery is and remains COVID secure, and I felt entirely safe and at ease throughout my visit.

I saw Dr Knottenbelt and nurse Jess today for a procedure. Dr Knottenbelt explained the procedure, gave me choices and plenty of reassurance. They made sure that I knew what was happening at all times and I felt happy with the procedure. Their professionalism and kindness was outstanding.

First of all the Charing Surgery was very efficient, my temperature was taken etc and I was seen right on time. Both Dr Knottenbelt and Nurse Jess were welcoming and listened to my reasons for attending. The procedure that was to take place was explained step by step and the minor surgery carried out. Completely painless. Next steps were then explained clearly. A very good experience all round.
